24x7 off-road assistance
Tata Motors has launched the on-road assistance service in association with MyTVS (A division of TV Sundaram Iyengar & sons). MyTVS has a network of over 2,700 autnorised service providers covering the entire country barring the state of J&K & Andaman & Nicobar Island, Lakshadweep.
MyTVS Autorised service providers will be responsible for attending the complaint & resolve the same on the spot and in case the same is not possible then the towing of the car of the nearest workshop shall be arranged.

Scope of On-Road assistance services that will be attended:
- Change of flat tyre wih the spare wheel – labor charges covered
- Electrical/mechanical break-down – lobor/parts/consumables will be charged extra (unless same are covered under warranty)
- Batter/starting problem – repairs/ rectifications
- Low fuel – fuel/consumables chargeable extra
- Key Lock-out
- Towing (upto certain kms)
- Few minor jobs that can be done on breakdown site (defined by TATA motors)
- Free during the warranty period
- Post warranty retail plans available ‘500/- and ‘900/- for a period of one year.
