Pokma is a “TATA MOTORS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE (TASC)”, for the Passenger Car Range of Tata Motors, situated in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamilnadu. The company is being operated by a management which has more than 3 decades of experience in the Automobile Industry. During its decade and a half long existence, the company has continued to grow in stature and has won many awards for Service excellence from Tata Motors.

Pokma has got a state of the art pneumatically automated Service Centre in Ambattur Industrial Estate. Free Service/Paid Service,Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Water wash, Running Maintenance work, Minor/Major repairs, Aggregate overhauls, Electrical repairs & Car Air Conditioner repairs are carried out in the Service Centre. As an Authorised Dealer of Tata Motors, We accept Free Service coupons, Warranty claims, Extended warranty claims & AMC Service for the entire Passenger car range of Tata Motors. Pokma is associated with Tata Motor Insurance (TMI) and other leading Insurance companies to provide Insurance cover for your car.

The technicians of Pokma are well trained and experienced in troubleshooting, Complaint diagnosis and will “Fix the problem the first time” in your Tata car. All technicians and staff are trained regularly in the Regional Training Centre (RTC) and Central Training Centre (CTC), of Tata Motors Ltd. The Spare Parts replaced in our Service Centre carries a warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defect.

Authorised Body And Paint Shop of TATA MOTORS in Chennai.

Pokma has got a modern Body and Paint Shop situated in Ayanambakkam, centrally located between Maduravoyal and Ambattur Industrial Estate. The Body Shop consists of some of the latest equipments like Paint Booth with Baking chamber, Collision repair system, Dent Puller, Plastic repair kit, MIG Welder and Paint Mixing machine. Pokma has an agreement with M/s DuPont India Ltd., for the exclusive supply of Metallic/Solid Paint and Paint consumables for its Body shop. We ensure that the quality of fit and finish of the vehicles repaired in our Body Shop comply to the stringent quality standards set out by M/s Tata Motors Ltd.

Pokma follows the Repair First Philosophy in its Body shop for sheet metal parts which does not need replacement. This is a major cost saving measure for the customers as well as Insurance companies. Single panel / Multi panel paint touch up work is taken up for both Metallic and Solid Paint. Windshield glass replacement for broken glasses is completed in one day.

Our friendly staff would assist you in Insurance claim formalities. We provide cash less claim transactions for most of the Insurance companies. Spare parts replaced in our Body shop carry a warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defect. 6 months warranty on workmanship is provided on paint jobs. All warranty claim settlement are subjected to the terms & conditions of M/s Tata Motors Ltd.
